IP Games Visayas Leg sa Negros Occidental | Pang-Masa

MANILA, Philippines — Matapos ang Luzon Leg sa Ilocos Sur ay dadalhin ang Indigenous Peoples Games sa Negros Occidental para sa Visayas Leg na idaraos sa Manuel Torres Sports Complex sa Bago City.

Pamumunuan ni PSC chairman Richard Bachmann ang pagbubukas ng event na lalahukan ng 300 IP members at 17 local government units (LGUs) mula sa Kabankalan, San Carlos, Bago, Cadiz, Sagay, Sipalay, Himamaylan, Silay at Talisay.

“This is the PSC’s way of taking good care of the welfare of our aspiring athletes coming from the minorities. It is among our top priority to deliver the value of sports in taking up a genuine cause for our IP communities,” sabi ni Bachmann.

May lahok din ang Isabela, Binalbagan, Hino­baa, Don Salvador Benedicto, Calatrava, Candoni, Ilog at Cauayan.

Para maging mata­gumpay ang Visayas Leg ay nakipagtulungan si PSC Commissioner Matthew “Fritz” Gaston sa Bago City LGU, Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representatives (IPMRs) at mga partner agencies na National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) at Department of Education (DepEd).
