Metro Manila, Cavite, Quezon to have power interruptions this week
MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, and Quezon will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance work, Meralco said Monday.
Muntinlupa City will have a power interruption on December 3-4, 2024 between 11:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. The affected areas are a portion of Marcos Ave. stretching from National Road up to and including Gods Will Subd., God's Will 2 Subd., Summitville Subd., Summitville II Subd., Umali Compound and Estole Compound – Summitville Subd. in Bgy. Putatan; and Purok 1 in Bgy. Bayanan.
Power supply in Pasay City will be interrupted December 4, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Affected areas include a portion of R. Higgins St. near Sampaguita St. to near Andrews Avenue; and a portion of Dove St. from R. Higgins St. to Almazor St.
There will also be a power interruption in Quezon City, specifically in Loyola Heights on December 5-6, 2024 from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. The affected areas are a portion of Xavierville Ave. from Katipunan Ave. to near J. Bocobo St. including Guerrero, M. Delos Santos, Palma and F. Collantes Sts. in Xavierville Estate Subd. Phase 1.
Meanwhile, there will be a loss of power in Silang on December 4, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. because of line reconductoring work, relocation of electricity facilities and the installation of additional lightning protection devices.
The affected areas are a portion of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Highway from Meralco — Tagaytay substation near Buho — Talon Road to and including Balubad 1st Road, Monte Luce Road, Ramos, Amon, Santol and Daang Balite Sts.; Sienna Monteluce Subd., Ramos Compound and Purok 3; And the portion of Jollibee Acienda, Lamuan Shell — Acienda, Brown International School, 1000 Missionary Movement Training School, Hyundai Silang, Unioil Gas Station Silang, St. Paul Seminary Foundation Complex, Acienda Factory Outlet, Mondavi Monteluce Condominium,MCGK Woodworks, Akiko Farm Café, Salakot Café, Gourmet's Café, Basic Necessity, Starkson Packaging Inc., LBG Industries, Nutra Tech Biopharma, Edotco Tower, Aust-Phil Food Manufacturing Corp., Gelson Trading Corp., Wellpack Inc. and Prime Water Infrastructure Inc. Water Pump in Bgys.
