Hinimok ni Department of Budget and Management Secretary Mina F. Pangandaman ang mga Sangguniang Kabataan officials at cadet officers ng bansa na ibigay ang nararapat na serbisyo sa mga Pilipinong nagtiwala sa kanilang kakayahan na mamuno.“Bilang mga kabataang lider, kayo ang pinili ng taumbayan. Huwag po nating sayangin ang kumpiyansa at tiwalang ipinagkaloob nila sa inyo,” pahayag ni Secretary Mina sa ikatlong araw ng National Youth Convention 2023 na idinaos sa Philippine Military Academy, Baguio City.Ipinahayag din ni Secretary Mina na buo ang kanyang tiwala at suporta sa mga makabagong kabataang Pilipino na may tapat at prinsipyo ng mga ito na baliin ang ilan sa mga nakagawian.“Bilang mga bida ng Bagong Pilipinas, you have my 100 percent faith and support,” pagbibigay-diin ni Secretary Mina.Siniguro naman ni Secretary Mina na kasangga ng mga batang lider ang administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R.
Starting today, November 29, all auxiliary social media pages and groups of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) shall be called “Usapang Budget Natin (dahil budget natin ito)”. The DBM has strategically rebranded its auxiliary social media platforms (formerly Usapang Budget) into “Usapang Budget Natin” to foster public involvement regarding issues ranging from the national budget to the daily budget dilemmas of Filipinos. Usapang Budget Natin aims to provide information and insights on the Philippine national budget, which will be presented in a user-friendly format that ensures all audiences will grasp all the significant information that they should be aware of without getting overwhelmed.
Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary and Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP) Steering Committee Chairperson Amenah F. Pangandaman led the kick-off of the open government initiatives in Mindanao after presiding over the Fourth Quarter PH-OGP Steering Committee Meeting on November 23, and gracing the OGPinas! National Advocacy Campaign on November 24, both held in Davao City.
