(2024.01.19) PLLO conducted an in-house orientation seminar and training on ISO 9001:2015

The Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) conducted an in-house orientation seminar and training on ISO 9001:2015, held at the Social Hall, Mabini Bldg., Malacañang Palace, Manila, 19 January 2024.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems that focuses on ensuring organizations meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders while complying with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Several key officials, officers, and employees of the PLLO attended the training and expressed their enthusiasm to apply the quality management principles in the context of the PLLO's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Mandate.

Apart from ensuring the PLLO's compliance with ISO 9001:2015, the in-house training also sought to equip key officers and employees within the agency with the knowledge and skills towards upholding a culture of quality, efficiency, and continual improvement. By equipping the participants with the tools to navigate the intricacies of ISO 9001:2015, the PLLO is positioning itself as a beacon of providing quality and effective public service.
