(2024.02.08) Briefing and Consultation Proposed National Government Rightsizing Act of 2023

The Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), together with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), conducted a briefing and consultation in the National Rightsizing Program (NGRP) at the Microtel Mall of Asia in Pasay City, 08 February 2024.

The DBM presented an overview of the NGRP, dispelling the misconception of downsizing and addresing issues between the House and Senate versions of the proposed bill.

The NGRP is part of the Presidential Legislative priorities of the Marcos Jr. administration.
