(2024.03.22) PLLO conducted Team Builidng, Sports Fest and PLLO-GAD Seminar-Workshop

To further strengthen camaraderie and teamwork among its officials and employees, the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) conducted Hala Bira sa Pagkakaisa (Series of Activities for the PLLO Team Builidng and Sports Fest for FY 2024) and It's Ok Not To Be Ok! (The PLLO-GAD Seminar-Workshop on Mental Health Awareness at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City, 04-06 April 2024. Following the adjournment of session, outposts and units of the PLLO convened together on the first day to conduct team building activities to enhance rapport among each other.

During the second day, PLLO employees competed with each other in simultaneous matches of bowling, darts, billiards, and table tennis. The top 3 scorers for each game competed for their respective ranking.

The last day held It's Ok Not To Be Ok! (The PLLO-GAD Seminar Workshop on Mental Health Awareness) where Judge Nikki Rose Esperanza served as the guest speaker. Judge Esperanza mainly tackled how one's mental health can affect productivity and efficiency at work. She also discussed signs and symptoms of depressions and/or mental disorder, and how to address if existing. Attendees took part in the lively open forum following the seminar-workshop.

Secretary Mark Llandro Mendoza, Presidential Legislative Adviser and Head of the PLLO, took the opportunity to appreciate everyone who participated throughout the activities. He also extended his gratitude to everyone for fulfilling their duties and responsibilities to the best of their abilities, making it possible for PLLO to accomplish its goals.

The series of activities concluded with renewed strength and a firmer resolution of everyone to render public service the most efficient and effective way.
