Caloocan mayor seeks re-election
(UPDATES) ALONG Malapitan on Wednesday filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) to seek a second term as Caloocan City mayor at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in SM Grand Central.
His running mate Vice Mayor Karina Teh also filed her CoC.
The mayor's father, District 1 Rep. Oscar Malapitan was also seeking re-election.
