Chinese woman goes berserk at NAIA

MANILA, Philippines — A female Chinese passenger went berserk and tried to jump from the west departure curbside of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 last Friday morning, but was promptly stopped by airport policemen.

Airport Police Department head Col. Bing Jose identified the female Chinese passenger as Yafen Wun, holder of a People’s Republic of China passport and a passenger of Philippine Airlines Flight PR 525 bound for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, who turned unruly and ran toward the NAIA Terminal 1 departure’s curbside after being offloaded from her flight.

Wun was about to jump, but was immediately grabbed by airport police officers Mark Allan Agos and Gian Carlo Andres.

The passenger then lied on the terminal’s driveway and cried for a still unknown reason as she was brought to the police station for investigation.
