Honda unveils new slogan and electrification plans for PH

HONDA, driven by its philosophy «The Power of Dreams,» has introduced a new tagline: «The Power of Dreams — How We Move You.» This new brand slogan reflects the company's continued mission to innovate and provide people with the joy and freedom of mobility, from the present into the future.

As part of its pledge to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, Honda recently announced a series of electrification projects in the Philippines. These initiatives include a new e:HEV model from Honda Cars, the country's first battery electric vehicle (BEV) from Honda Motorcycles, and a new generation of power products. This marks a significant milestone in Honda's journey toward sustainability in the Philippines.

Hence, Honda is reaffirming its commitment to the electric vehicle (EV) revolution. Leading this charge is the upcoming Honda 0 Series, which is set to debut globally in 2026. The 0 Series aims to offer a versatile lineup of vehicles tailored to diverse needs, signaling Honda's determination to broaden its EV portfolio and meet the growing demand for sustainable transportation.

In addition to its vehicle offerings, Honda has also introduced a new range of battery-powered handheld products for personal and professional use. These direct-current handheld (DCHH) products, which include a leaf blower, hedge trimmer, lawn trimmer, and chainsaw, are lightweight, portable, and easy to operate. Designed with reduced noise and zero emissions, these tools are ideal for use in residential areas, hotels and gardens. The universal battery system allows for seamless swapping and recharging, making them both convenient and eco-friendly.

Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI) also unveiled its first two-wheeled BEV, the all-new EM1 e:, powered by the Honda Mobile Power Pack e:. This electric motorcycle is equipped with a high-quality lithium-ion battery that can be easily charged at home.
