Implementation of Writ of Execution and Leasehold Contracts in Cabagan, Isabela

CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela - The DAR Municipal Office of Cabagan spearheaded the implementation of the writ of execution for the segregation survey of 20 hectares’ retention and for the execution of leasehold contract on August 11-12 and August 18-19, 2022, at Garita, Cabagan, Isabela.

A writ of execution is a court order that instructs law enforcement to start transferring property as a result of a judicial decision and puts into effect a judgment of possession.
