LIST: Flights canceled on October 24

MANILA, Philippines — The Manila International Airport Authority on Tuesday announced that some flights to and from Tuguegarao, Cagayan have been canceled due to bad weather.

In an advisory, the MIAA said a number of flights of Cebu Pacific have been grounded due to unfavorable weather condition.

The state weather bureau on Tuesday reported that mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by shear line.
