LTO deploys e-patrol services to Rizal Park

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) deployed on Monday its E-Patrol Services to the Rizal Park in Manila for a two-day processing of driver's license in celebration of the 126th Independence Day.

LTO chief Vigor Mendoza 2nd said the deployment of E-Patrol Services will run until June 11.

Mendoza said this is in support of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s commitment to bring government services closer to the people under Bagong Pilipinas.

He said this is also in line with the instruction of Transport Secretary Jaime Bautista to ensure that all the services under the department are «fast and comfortable.»

Aside from driver's license renewal, Mendoza said the E-Patrol Services will also accommodate the processing of Student Permits and receive complaints through its Public Assistance Desk.

The E-Patrol Service will also assist with concerns related to the agency's Land Transportation Management System portal.

Mendoza said those who are planning to transact with the E-Patrol Services need to bring necessary documents including birth certificate, valid ID, Theoretical Driving Course for the Student Permit applicants and proof of passing mark of Comprehensive Driver's Education exam.
