Pasig LGU moves to temporary city hall on Sept 16

THE Pasig city government will start operating from its temporary building on September 16, according to Mayor Vico Sotto.

Sotto said several departments have already started setting up their offices in the building.

He said the use of the temporary city hall will give way to the construction of the new one, which he said will take two to five years.

The mayor expressed concern about the welfare of city hall employees at the old city hall, saying: “When we had an intensity 1 earthquake recently, it felt stronger.”
