To protect the youth from shows and programs with sensitive content, it is high time to include streaming and online media under the mandate of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).

Sen. Robinhood "Robin" C. Padilla stressed this Tuesday in his sponsorship speech for Committee Report 311, which proposes amendments to the 38-year-old MTRCB charter.
