Pump prices to go down again this week
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 13) – Another round of fuel price rollbacks will take effect beginning Tuesday, oil companies announced.
In separate advisories on Monday, Seaoil, Cleanfuel and Petro Gazz said the per-liter price of diesel will drop by ₱3 while the cost of gasoline will decrease by 70 centavos.PPT and Phoenix said they will als
PTT, Caltex and Phoenix said they will also implement the same fuel price adjustments.
Kerosene prices will also be cut by ₱2.30 per liter, Seaoil said.
This will be the second week of price decreases in petroleum products since Nov. 7.
Cleanfuel adjustments will be implemented at 12:01 a.m. while the markdown of Seaoil and Petro Gazz will take effect at 6:00 a.m.
Other oil companies are expected to make their announcements early in the week.
The Department of Energy's data on Nov. 7 showed the price adjustments have resulted in a year-to-date increase of ₱13.75 per liter for gasoline, ₱9.35 per liter for diesel, and ₱3.99 per liter for kerosene.
