MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 5.1 earthquake struck off the coast of Palawan yesterday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.
THE Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) recorded only three volcanic quakes at Kanlaon Volcano in Negros Island on Monday, the fewest since the volcano’s “explosive eruption” on June 3.
