MANILA, Philippines – As Filipinos prepare to observe All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, local authorities across Metro Manila have issued advisories to help manage the influx of visitors to cemeteries and ease traffic congestion.
From cemetery operating hours and traffic rerouting to road reblocking schedules, here’s a guide to the latest announcements that will help you navigate the holiday safely and smoothly.
Lascano Street corner M.H. Del Pilar will be temporarily closed from October 30 to November 2, to make way for the opening of the Tugatog Public Cemetery.

The public cemetery in Muntinlupa is open from 6 am to 8 pm from October 31 to November 1, the local government said.
The Muntinlupa City government is providing free transportation for those traveling from Susana Heights to Everest Hills and vice versa, from 6 am to 6 pm on October 31, and 6 am to 6 pm on November 1.
