UP top PH University in 2024 QS Asia Rankings

MANILA, Philippines: The University of the Philippines (UP) remains the top university in the country based on the 2024 Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asia University Rankings issued on Wednesday night.

UP is ranked 78th among 856 universities, followed by the Ateneo de Manila University at 137th place, De La Salle University at 154th place and the University of Santo Tomas at 179th place.

Rounding out the top 10 universities in the country are Adamson University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, University of San Carlos-Cebu, Mapua University, Silliman University and Ateneo de Davao University.

Far Eastern University, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, Saint Louis University-Baguio, Lyceum of the Philippines University, Mindanao State University-Marawi and Xavier University-Cagayan de Oro complete the list of the ranked universities in the country.

Peking University, The University of Hong Kong and the National University of Singapore (NUS) remain the top three universities in Asia for 2024, with the NUS being No. 1 in Southeast Asia.
