Anthony Jennings on meeting Rico Blanco: 'Love triangle tayo, bro?'

MANILA, Philippines — Anthony Jennings has met Maris Racal's boyfriend, Rivermaya frontman Rico Blanco, and managed to crack a joke about their meeting. 

The currently trending actor made light of his meeting with the legendary singer whose relationship with his onscreen partner has been going strong for years. 

"Sabi ko nga, 'Gusto mo, mag-love triangle tayo, bro?'," quipped Anthony during his recent intimate meeting with the press organized by his talent agency Star Magic. 

Rico visited their set and they managed to talk a little. 

"Nag-usap kami saglit. Wala naman. Tropa lang din naman ang turingan namin. Paano ako nag-i-interact sa ibang tao, ganoon din naman. Lahat 'yun pantay-pantay ang tingin ko," Anthony said. 

The actor said that he respects Maris and Rico's relationship just like how he respects his five-year relationship with his non-showbiz girlfriend. 

"Happy ako na nakausap ko siya. Nagka-kilala kami sa [ABS-CBN] ball. Natatawa silang dalawa, 'yung girlfriend ko at si Rico. Natutuwa din sila sa eksena namin ni Maris," he added. 

He and Maris are currently the hottest TV love team as Irene and Snoop a.k.a. SnoRene from the TV show "Can't Buy Me Love."
