Bettor who won 20 times only played digit games

THE Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) clarified on Wednesday that a bettor, who Senator Raffy Tulfo claimed to have won lottery games 20 times, only played «digit games,» not the jackpot draws.

In a statement on Wednesday, the PCSO confirmed that a list Tulfo referred to in a radio interview on Tuesday originated from them, but it should «not be interpreted in a manner other than what it was meant to be.»
