Bill rightsizing govt filed in Senate

SENATE Majority Leader Emmanuel Joel Villanueva has filed Senate Bill (SB) 2502 which aims to rightsize the national government to improve public service delivery.

The senator said government reorganization had been «a top agenda of various Philippine presidents since at least 1946.» He sought the passage of SB 2502 to improve the efficiency of government operations and enhance the delivery of public services.
