DAR Secretary Estrella III congratulates Secretary Recto on his appointment as the new Secretary of Finance

Manila, Philippines – Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, leads the officials and staff of the Department of Agrarian Reform, in extending its warmest congratulations to Congressman Ralph G. Recto, on his appointment as the new Secretary of Finance.
