TUGUEGARAO CITY – As part of the nine (9) primary goals of DAR Secretary Conrado M. These infrastructure projects are designed to facilitate agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in transporting their produce from farm to market with greater ease, speed, and at a reduced cost. Such improvements pave the way for enhancing the livelihoods of ARBs and fostering progress within their communities.

According to Cagayan Valley Regional Director Primo C. These infrastructure projects will benefit a total of 24,791 farmers of which 8,543 are agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) and 16,238 are small farmers or non-ARBs.

These infrastructure projects were funded through the Sustainability and Resilient Agrarian Reform Communities (SuRe ARCs) - Agrarian Reform Fund. In this manner, the government, particularly the DAR, fulfills the directive of DAR Secretary Estrella and President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., bringing governance closer to the people.

In various interviews, Municipal Mayors, Municipal Administrators, Barangay Officials, ARBO leaders, and ARBs expressed their gratitude to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III for the blessings extended to them. They pledged to uphold and maintain these projects for future generations to benefit from.
