Govt borrowings down, debt servicing up in Nov

BORROWINGS by the national government in November soared compared to a year earlier, Bureau of the Treasury data showed, while debt servicing slipped in the same month.

At P125.46 billion, the government's borrowings were 28.2 percent higher than the P97.86 billion recorded a year earlier.
