Healthy Options champions kindness to future you

MANILA, Philippines – Founded in 1995 by Romy Sia and Christian Tan, Healthy Options has grown from a single store in Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City to 34 stores nationwide, offering wholesome and natural products.

Inspired by the difficulty of finding clean and artificial-free food in Manila for his son with food sensitivities, Romy opened the store after witnessing the popularity of natural foods during his visits to the US. He wanted to provide Filipinos with access to all-natural and organic pantry staples. Today, Healthy Options is dedicated to helping people live longer, richer and more fulfilling lives.

In a time when it becomes more difficult to prepare healthy meals due to time constraints and stress, Healthy Options' mission is to educate, enlighten and empower people to take control of their health and make the world a healthier and better place. Their new “Be Kind to Future You” campaign encourages individuals to make small, impactful choices daily. By focusing on clean and natural ingredients, understanding product labels and committing to overall well-being, people can develop habits that benefit their health and the planet.

Healthy Options recently held the Be Kind to Future You event, inviting guests to a day of wellness discovery. Guests enjoyed creating personalized blends of healthy snacks made from organic and additive-free trail mix ingredients. They also had the opportunity to consult with a nutritionist and receive customized plans for incorporating clean and natural ingredients into their lifestyle.

Parents led their babies and kids to a snack taste test from Happy Baby, which provides organic nutrition for a healthy start. They got to sample food with high-quality ingredients created in partnership with children’s health experts. To complete the day, attendees got to try clean and cruelty-free personal-care products and savor all-natural and artisanal pastries from Baking Therapy.
