Lotto pot hits P201 million tonight

MANILA, Philippines — The Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot is estimated to reach P201 million by tonight’s draw.

Mel Robles, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager and vice chairman of the board, said that there was again no winner in the Super Lotto 6/49 draw on Tuesday night, which yielded the winning combination 15-27-24-31-19-30 and carried a jackpot of P191,176,861.40.

However, 96 bettors guessed five of the six-digit combination and each won the second prize of P50,000.

The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law imposes a 20 percent tax on lotto winnings above P10,000.

The Super Lotto 6/49 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
