LTO to suspend road rage suspect's license

(UPDATE) THE driver's license of the man involved in the fatal road rage incident in Makati City will be suspended, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) said Thursday.

The LTO said in a statement it has started the process of suspending the license of Gerrard Raymund Yu, the driver of a black Mercedes-Benz who has been detained by police in connection with the shooting at the EDSA-Ayala tunnel on Tuesday in which 65-year-old family driver Aniceto Mateo was killed.
