Manila roads to close for Traslacion 2024
MANILA, Philippines: In anticipation of the millions of devotees who will attend the Feast of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, the city government of Manila informed the public of the roads that will be closed starting on January 8.
