Marcos, FL want me dead – Quiboloy

MANILA, Philippines —  Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy yesterday accused President Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos of allegedly colluding with the United States to assassinate him, saying that at least $2 million was offered to kill him.

“I have been handed over to the hands of these foreigners by our own government, by President Marcos and First Lady Araneta-Marcos. Don’t deny it – if what I am saying is true, accept it; if not, correct me. My life is in danger now. I can’t even show my face because my life is in danger, because I have been handed over to the Americans, and they will do whatever they want to do to me in my own country,” Quiboloy said in a taped voice message aired on Facebook.

The religious leader, who claims to be the appointed son of God, added that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) would no longer use the extradition treaty between the US and the Philippines amid various charges against him in the US.

Classified as Most Wanted by the FBI, he was indicted for conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion; sex trafficking of children and conspiracy and bulk cash smuggling.

“We have learned at this moment from reliable sources. They allegedly no longer want the extradition treaty. What they plan to do, according to the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), FBI, US embassy, state department, in collusion with the government of President Marcos and the First Lady and whoever else in the government, is rendition,” Quiboloy said.

He added that under the alleged plan, US operatives would enter his compound anytime and kidnap him.

“It’s not only rendition, but also elimination, if possible. They can assassinate me. Those are the two options, kidnapping or assassination. It is really killing, murder. That’s the news that has reached me now from reliable sources,” he said.

The evangelist said that since 2018, he has no longer felt at ease in his own country.

“We have lost our freedom because we are under surveillance here. I am under surveillance in the Philippines by the CIA and FBI. In my own country, I am hiding because they can just pick me up like that without going through an extradition
