Moratorium on amusement taxes for Filipino films OKd

THE Metro Manila Council (MMC) said on Friday that it has passed a resolution suspending amusement taxes for screening of local films in Metro Manila for the next three years.

MMDA acting chairman and Metro Manila Film Festival Overall Concurrent Chairman Don Artes said the resolution will be adapted by every local government unit in Metro Manila.
