NephroPlus acquires Philippines dialysis care network RTSI

HYDERABAD: Dialysis care provider NephroPlus on Wednesday said it has acquired Philippines-based Renal Therapy Solutions Inc (RTSI), which has six clinics, for an undisclosed amount.
NephroPlus said the acquisition makes it the third largest dialysis network in the Philippines.
NephroPlus founder & CEO Vikram Vuppala said the acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy and solidifies its presence in the Philippines.

“The addition of RTSI's six well-established clinics enhances NephroPlus’ ability to reach and serve a broader community, particularly in key locations such as Caloocan, Novaliches, Bacolod, Mindoro, and Bohol,” he said.
