Northeast monsoon, easterlies affect PH
Manila, Philippines: Two weather systems continue to affect the Philippines — the northeast monsoon or «amihan» and the easterlies or hot wind coming from the Pacific Ocean, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.
The weather agency said the northeast monsoon that is affecting extreme Northern Luzon will bring rain in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
