Oil price hike set this week
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 8) — Fuel companies are set to implement price increases in petroleum products beginning Tuesday.
In separate advisories on Monday, Seaoil and Cleanfuel said diesel and gasoline will cost 10 centavos more per liter.
The per-liter prices for Kerosene will also go up by 10 centavos, Seaoil said.
Other oil companies are expected to make their announcements at the start of the week.
According to the Department of Energy’s Jan. 2 data, the net adjustments for gasoline, diesel and kerosene stand at a net decrease of 10 centavos per liter, 35 centavos per liter and ₱1.40 per liter, respectively.
