OVP, DSWD conduct AICS distribution in Payatas

QUEZON CITY — The Office of the Vice President (OVP) joined the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in the distribution of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) to families living in Barangay Payatas here on December 15.

Over 800 individuals received P3,000 each during the distribution at the Barangay Payatas Covered Court.

AICS is a program of the DSWD which gives financial assistance to marginalized or disadvantaged individuals.

The OVP has partnered with DSWD for the expansion of social services for individuals in crisis situations.
