Teodoro vows to use partnerships with allied states 'to the full'

MANILA, Philippines: Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. vowed to increase the tempo of activities with allied countries and other major partners not only in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) but in other areas in the country as China flexes its muscles in the South China Sea.

«We will exercise this partnership to the full and it is within our unquestionable right to do so as a sovereign country,» Teodoro told the Manila Overseas Press Club on Tuesday night.
