Tirso Cruz 3rd resigns as FDCP chairman

(UPDATE) VETERAN actor Tirso Cruz 3rd has resigned as chairman of the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) effective March 6.

In a sit-down interview with The Manila Times, FDCP technical consultant Jose Javier Reyes said Cruz's resignation was due to personal reasons.
