'2-day US-PH patrols a success'

NAVAL vessels of the Philippines and United States completed two days of joint patrols in the seas within the Philippines' exclusive economic zone (EEZ), despite being shadowed by Chinese ships.

The Maritime Cooperative Activity (MAC) by the Philippine and US navies was monitored by two Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) destroyers, according to Philippine military officials.
