(2023.12.12) PLLO conducted the Interface with the House of Representatives (HREP) Committee and Legislative Operations Secretariat Officials and Technical Staff

The Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) conducted the Interface with the House of Representatives (HREP) Committee and Legislative Operations Secretariat Officials and Technical Staff at the North Lounge Extension of HREP, 12 December 2023.

The activity is geared towards strengthening the rapport between the PLLO and HREP Secretariat officials and technical staff to enable more efficient and productive working relationship especially in terms of real-time information sharing and feedback mechanism.

Secretary Mark Llandro Mendoza thanked the attendees for their continued active collaboration with PLLO in ensuring passage of the President's Legislative Priorities.

The current status of proposed legislations included in the Presidential Legislative Agenda (PLA) and the Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) Common Legislative Agenda (CLA) were discussed with the attendees.

On the part of the HREP, Atty. Lemuel Erwin Romero (Head Executive Assistant, Office of the Speaker), Secretary General Reginald Velasco, Atty. Jose Marmoi Salonga (OIC-Executive Director), and Deputy Secretary General Jennifer Baquiran led the participants of the activity.
