30th AFAD Show bukas na | Pang-Masa

MANILA, Philippines — Aarangkada bukas ng umaga ang Association of Firearms and Ammunition Dealers, Inc. (AFAD) na siyang ika-30 edisyon ng Defense and Sporting Arms Show sa SMX Convention Center sa Pasay City.

Magsisimula ang prog-rama sa alas-9 ng umaga.

Imbitado sina Senate President Sen. Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero at Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil, gayundin sina Presidential son at Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Alexander ‘Sandro’ Araneta Marcos, Senator Lito Lapid, at Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Gen. Andres Centino.

Inihayag ni AFAD president Edwin Lim na mahigit 40 members at exhibitors ang lalahok sa five-day arms show na magtatampok ng top-notch sporting firearms, ammunition at paraphernalia mula sa kilalang manufacturers at distributors.

“AFAD’s thrust is safe and responsible gun owner­ship. All stakeholders are united on this mission and vision. We’re looking forward to an auspicious arms show,” ani Lim na siya ring president ng Philippine Practical Shooting Association (PPSA).

Bagong halal lamang si Lim kasama ang mga bagong AFAD officers na sina Reynaldo Espineli (Vice President), Maria Cristina Tuason-Gonzalez (Secretary), Edwin Año, Jr. (Treasurer) at Alaric A­lexander J. Topacio (Comptroller).

Layunin din ng event na magbigay ng sapat na kaalaman sa tamang paggamit ng baril.
