Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair a service milestone - RPMD

THE government's Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) which was launched simultaneously in four provinces in September, received a 90 percent approval rating from those who attended and sampled the services offered under the program, RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) said.

The group said the program got an exceptional 90% approval rating from the attendees.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. personally led the BPSF launch in Nabua, Camarines Sur. on Sept. 23. It was simultaneously launched in Laoag, Ilocos Norte; Tolosa, Leyte and Moncayo, Davao de Oro.

The BPSF aims to bring government services closer to the people in all 82 provinces. These services include the Kadiwa ng Pangulo where goods can be purchased at lower cost, Passport on Wheels and Driver's License registration/assistance. Other government agencies also offer services under the program, such as the Department of Health, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philhealth, PagIBIG and Social Security System.

RPMD used a metric framework that included service uptake, service delivery effectiveness, participant satisfaction and accessibility parameters in measuring the success of the program.

«The culmination of our rigorous evaluation spotlighted an exceptional satisfaction rate of 90% among attendees, a testament to the event's efficacious design and aptitude in addressing its beneficiaries' diverse needs,» said Dr. Paul Martinez of RPMD.

The private group said that with the program's success, the President should amplify and allocate more resources to this initiative.

RPMD lauded the program's objective of delivering essential government services to underserved Filipinos nationwide.

The President said that the BPSF is just one of the many
