Cebu Pacific, AirAsia gear up for Halloween

CEBU Pacific on Monday rolled out several measures to enhance passenger experience at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) ahead of the All Saints’ Day.

For its part, AirAsia Philippines increased its readiness to serve travelers across the country during the Halloween.

“Cebu Pacific is focused on ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, especially during peak travel periods. We are committed to improve our services at NAIA T3 so that our customers can travel more conveniently and reach their destinations with ease,”   said Lei Apostol, CEB vice president for customer service operations.

International passengers bound for non-visa destinations may start using the kiosks near Aisle E to complete their check-in process. They only need to scan the barcode from their itinerary receipt or enter their booking reference number. Passports can also be scanned through the kiosk for verification.

As of Oct. 16, more than 65,000 guests flying AirAsia have booked 700 flights to different domestic destinations with travels scheduled between Oct. 28 to Nov. 2, and the top-booked destinations include Caticlan, Cebu, Tagbilaran, Tacloban, Davao, Puerto Princesa, and Iloilo.

According to AirAsia Communications and Public Affairs Country Head First Officer Steve Dailisan, the airline has enough manpower to meet increased operational requirements and augmented Customer Happiness helpdesks at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport – Terminal 2.
