Comelec sets 2nd round of bidding for 2025 AES

(UPDATE) THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will hold on January 8 the next round of bidding for a new fully automated election system (AES) that it will use in the 2025 National and Local Elections (NLE).

Comelec spokesman John Rex Laudiangco said Wednesday that the Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC) expects to finish the opening of bids and declare the lowest calculated bid from participating eligible bidders.
