DAR Regional Office Reinforced Support for Legal Sector Accomplishments

In an effort to sustain the unending task of monitoring the Legal Sector's accomplishments, the Regional Office initiated an activity aimed at reinforcing more support and finding final strategies to accomplish all targets before the year ended. The activity afforded the Regional Office additional opportunities to raise issues and matters identified interfering in completing their assigned tasks.

Through the use of accurate, uniform, and cohesive stand from the participants, the activity aimed to positively result in the earlier and faster completion of yearly targets and speedier rendition of actions related to agrarian reform programs. Leading to a fair, honest, and impartial public service.

Moreover, the activity aimed to promote better working relationships between and among the personnel of the Legal Sector. It also provided the staff and to be updated with the new Administrative Orders and issuances of the Department for them to effectively and efficiently perform their functions.

The common end-result that was agreed upon to resolve the issues enlightened the present set-up of the Legal Division and was used as a mechanism to reconcile forthcoming conflicting opinions. With this initiative, the Regional Office was confident that they were able to sustain the Legal Sector's accomplishments and ultimately provide better public service to the community.
