Ejercito pushes PhilHealth rates revision

SEN. Joseph Victor «JV» Ejercito said there is a need to amend the Universal Healthcare (UHC) Act to allow the revision of premium rates of Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) direct contributors.

«There are times when laws must adapt to changing circumstances,» Ejercito said on Tuesday as he sponsored Senate Bill 2620 under Committee Report 245.
