High court upholds child pornographer's conviction
THE Supreme Court has affirmed the conviction of a child pornographer and sentenced her to imprisonment and a fine of P2 million.
In a ruling penned by Associate Justice Mario Lopez, the Supreme Court en banc denied the appeal of Luisa Pineda who was convicted by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) and the Court of Appeals (CA) for child pornography qualified with the use of a computer system.
