Marcos orders govt agencies to observe community development day, week

MANILA, Philippines: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. directed government agencies to observe «Community Development Week» and «Community Development Day» to uphold and instill the «bayanihan (teamwork) spirit» among Filipinos.

The President, through Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, signed on Wednesday, January 3, Memorandum Circular (MC) 41, which aims to foster community empowerment in the country.
