Miss Grand PH bet missing

Family and friends of Miss Grand Philippines 2023 candidate Catherine Camilon are deeply worried as she has not returned home for several days.

Camilon, who represented Tuy, Batangas in the national pageant held in July, has been unreachable since October 12.

«Baka po mababasa to ng kasama ni Catherine Camilon kagabi na ka work niya, hindi lang po namin alam kung sino, di po matandaan ang pangalan, pasabi naman po baka alam niyo po kung nasaan siya, kagabi pa po siya tumawag 8pm, kaninang umaga pa po naka off ang phone nya, hanggang ngayon at hindi din po nag oonline, palagi po sya nag aupdate sa amin, ngayon lang po talaga hindi (Maybe the person who was with Catherine Camilon last night will read this, we just don't know who, can't remember the name, please let us know where she is. She called last night at 8 pm, and her phone has been off since this morning. She's not online either, she's always updating us, but this is the first time she hasn't,» her sister Chin-chin posted on Facebook on October 13.

Chin-chin's posts are filled with questions about her sister's whereabouts and expressions of concern.

On October 14, Camilon's mother, Rose also made a heartfelt plea on Facebook, praying for the safety of her daughter.

A plea has also emerged on the local online news site Balisong Channel, based in Batangas.

Camilon is also a model and a public school teacher in Batangas.
