'Subway project 55 percent complete'

THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) said on Friday that the securing of the Metro Manila Subway Project's right-of-way (ROWA) was now 55 percent complete.

«We have already substantially accomplished the documentary requirements necessary, and the negotiations are ongoing,» Transportation Undersecretary for Railways Jeremy Regino said.
