WATCH: Sharon Cuneta reveals dream job growing up

MANILA, Philippines — "Megastar" Sharon Cuneta revealed her dream job growing up.

During her acceptance speech at PeopleAsia's recent Women of Style and Substance 2023 awards, Sharon said she always dreamt of owning a hotel.

"When I was 10, my dream job is your job now (referring to a hotelier in the audience). I've always wanted to work in a hotel, actually own a hotel," she said.

"Then I realized that actually, I want to be a guest. I just like hotels," she added.

Sharon was one of the recipients of “Women of Style and Substance” from Stargate PeopleAsia.

"One of my proudest moments is tonight, receiving this award as a woman of style and substance from such a distinguished company," she said.

Sharon dedicated her award to her family.

"I would like to dedicate this award to my former senator, former vice presidential candidate, hopefully senator again, husband Kiko Pangilinan and my three amazing daughters who are women of substance and style themselves, my eldest Kristina, my second daughter Simone, and my youngest who is here with me, my giant Mariel, and to my son Miguel who I hope would marry a woman of more style and substance than her mother,” she said. — Video by Deni Bernardo, editing by Martin Ramos
