'Special half-working day' order fake: Palace

(UPDATE) MALACAÑANG on Thursday disowned a document declaring today, December 22, as a «special half-working day» throughout the country.

In a text message to reporters, Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cheloy Garafil denied such circular was approved by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
